The chart above shows the median selling price for single family residential homes (not including condos) in Walnut Creek, CA from October, 2008 through October, 2009. This October the median home price was at $669,100, down 4% from $699,000 in October of last year. This is only a slight drop compared to the previous year where median home prices dropped 17% from October 2007 to October 2008. The decline in Walnut Creek median home price is slowing down. This is one indicator of the direction of the home market in Walnut Creek, California.
